It is often difficult to remember what to do when anxiety strikes. This application can help you to remember what steps to take in order to manage your anxiety. There is a list of possible steps to take when your anxiety is low, medium or high and there are different steps for when you find yourself in public or in private. You can follow the steps for high anxiety, and if you successfully lower your anxiety you can start again and take the steps for medium anxiety and lower it further until you feel calm and relaxed.
